Thin Green Line Premiere

On July 31st 2007 (World Ranger Day), VRA members donated their time to help fellow Ranger and VRA member Sean Willmore to launch the Gala Premiere of the documentary The Thin Green Line at the Astor Theatre, Melbourne, Australia.

VRA members  assisted with numerous tasks over the evening, including: supply of plants for decoration,  set-up of the theatre and foyer, ticket sales and collection, escorted VIP guests, worked as ushers, served wines to guests, collected donations, as well as continuing to assist with the dismantling of the displays next morning.

The event was a great success with thousands of dollars raised to go to families of Rangers killed or injured in the line of duty. (Click here to download an   UPDATE  of the event)
